  1. Usage: SET HELP_PATH <Path to help files>
  2.   This path points to the location of the directory containing
  3.   the help files. e.g.
  4.     SET HELP_PATH /usr/local/lib/irc/help
  5.   If no help directory is found then the client will query
  6.   the service pointed to by HELP_SERVICE for help.
